    We recommend receiving your MAXM Skate prior to surgery so that you can familiarise yourself with the smart Skate, exercises and download the App. Many health professionals suggest starting gently with MAXM Skate as soon as possible after your surgery.

  • How often should I use it?

    The MAXM Skate App guides you through your recovery program every step of the way. There are 3 highly effective exercises using the Skate and most people perform them twice per day.

  • Can I use it at home on my own?

    Yes – MAXM Skate is designed to be your recovery companion through every part of your rehab journey. It can be used in hospital, in rehab wards, at home independently, as well as in-between and during any physio sessions.

  • Do I still need physiotherapy?

    MAXM Skate is a unique, evidence-based tool that assists people to recover faster from knee surgery and knee injuries. It can be used as part of your rehab program.
